    Like a King Cleaning Services LLC understands that situations may arise out of our control and your service date may be subject to change at any time. We are flexible and given proper 24 hours’ notice your service date and or consultation can be canceled or rescheduled without accessing any additional fee. However should you not provide the proper 24 hour notification for cancelation of a scheduled consultation or service date change a no refundable $50.00 fee will be incurred.

  • What to expect before the clean
    Before our cleaning team arrives, we’ll review the details of your cleaning plan. Most customers are either at work or busy with other plans when we clean, so it's quite common for them to provide us with their garage code or a spare key. We cross-reference all house keys for added security, but if you don't feel comfortable leaving us with a key or garage door code, please make sure someone is home during your scheduled cleaning time. If something comes up that causes a conflict in your cleaning schedule, simply give us a call. We appreciate a 72-hour notice, but understand that some situations are unavoidable. When shorter notice is given, however, we may charge a small fee.
  • How are the Photos used that are taken of my home before and after services?
    Like a King Cleaning Survives LLC Understand that our client’s privacy is our number 1 priority. We ensure that any photos taken before and after services are rendered are used for marketing purposes only. We will never take pictures that include private and or personal information such as your physical home address and or any mail that contains personal details. We ensure that your written consent must be obtained before any marketing photos can be utilized on our social media sites and or website.
  • What to expect after our housecleaning service
    After the initial visit, your local Like a King Cleaning Services LLC representative will follow up, asking for your feedback on the service. If you ever want to update your service, we’d be happy to make the adjustments on your account, and those changes will be reflected in our team’s work on their next visit. If we don’t meet your expectations, we’ll come back and fulfill our guarantee. Just notify us within 24 hours about any issue at all, including any oversight or misunderstanding regarding the execution of your cleaning plan. If something is damaged during the course of a cleaning, we’ll make every effort to repair or, when necessary, replace the damaged item.
